Acceptance of Terms

By using this site and our services, you acknowledge that you have perused, understood, and concur to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other pertinent policies.

Services Provided

Techpack.us offers professional fashion tech pack design services, counting (but not limited to):

Apparel Tech Pack Development
T-Shirt, Hoodie, Sweatshirt, and Clothing Tech Pack Creation
Custom Measurements & CAD Sketching
Revisions Based on Manufacturer Feedback

All services are given based on the scope characterized at the time of buy or agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to give precise and complete information regarding your item or garment. This incorporates but is not constrained to:

Design sketches or reference images
Measurement charts or fit guides
Branding resources (logos, label designs, etc.)

You are exclusively responsible for verifying that the final tech pack meets your production needs.

Payments

All payments are due in full before the start of work, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change depending on extend complexity.
We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.
Techpack.us reserves the right to overhaul pricing at any time without prior notice.

Revisions & Turnaround

We provide up to [2] rounds of free corrections per tech pack (unless something else stated).
Revisions must be asked inside [7 days] of delivery.
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days. Complex projects may require extra time.

Intellectual Property

All custom tech packs created by Techpack.us are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
Techpack.us retains the right to utilize non-confidential work for portfolio and promoting purposes unless you ask something else in writing.

Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously. Any files, sketches, or restrictive data you give will not be shared with third parties without your composed assent, unless legally required.

Limitation of Liability

Techpack.us is not liable for:

Manufacturing errors
Miscommunication between you and your supplier
Incorrect measuring if not based on exact information from you
Delays caused by outside parties or shipping

Our services are counseling and specialized; last generation decisions rest with you and your manufacturer.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are last once work has commenced. Refunds will only be issued if no work has been initiated and a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Changes to Terms

We save the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
