Welcome to Techpack.us — your trusted partner in apparel tech pack design. This Service Approach outlines the terms and conditions under which we give our tech pack creation, design, and discussion administrations. By setting an arrange or working with us, you concur to the terms expressed below.

Scope of Services

We offer the following professional services:

Each tech pack incorporates specialized draws, measurement specs, fabric details, trims, development notes, bundling rules, and more—tailored to your item and target market.

Payment Terms

  • Full installment is required before extend commencement.
  • Payments can be made safely by means of credit/debit card, PayPal, or affirmed bank transfers.
  • For bulk or progressing ventures, milestone-based installment plans can be orchestrated with earlier agreement.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard conveyance time is 3–5 business days for single garment tech packs.
  • Complex or multiple-item orders may require more time, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Rush delivery is accessible at an extra fetched (subject to capacity).

Revisions Policy

  • Each tech pack includes 2 rounds of free corrections within 14 days of delivery.
  • Additional modifications past this window or scope are subject to a little fee.
  • Revisions must be based on unique plan input or minor producer adjustments.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once a extend has begun, no full refunds will be issued
  • If a cancellation is asked before any work starts, a full discount may be allowed short exchange fees.

Client Responsibilities

Note: Producer communication is constrained to the tech pack scope and does not incorporate inspecting or shipping arrangements.

File Delivery

All files are conveyed in computerized designs (PDF, AI, or INDD). Editable designs are given upon ask. Last records are sent through e-mail, shared drive, or downloadable connect.
