Refund Eligibility
At Techpack.us, customer satisfaction is our best need. However, due to the nature of custom digital services, discounts are as it were issued under the taking after conditions:
Qualified for a Refund:
- Duplicate payment made by error.
- Order cancellation made within 12 hours of payment and before work has begun.
- Failure on our portion to provide the first draft inside the agreed-upon timeframe (e.g., 3–5 business days) and no communication regarding delays.
- A critical failure to meet agreed-upon determinations where no modifications or rectifications are possible.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If the first draft has as of now been delivered.
- When a client is not satisfied after different rounds of corrections but the work complies with the unique brief.
- Change of intellect after venture commencement.
- Delays caused by need of communication, lost data, or late feedback from the client.
- Disputes based on subjective inclinations (e.g., individual plan taste) once technical specifications have been followed.
Revisions Before Refund
We’re committed to making things right. Before any refund is affirmed, we will:
- Offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions (if not already used).
- Collaborate to resolve any quality issues inside the scope of the unique extend brief.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please e-mail us at info@techpack.us with:
- Your order number
- A brief clarification of your refund request
- Any supporting records (e.g., plan brief, venture communication)
We point to process all discount demands within 7–10 trade days of receiving total information.
